Air Header

Air Header or Air Manifolds act as a distribution manifold that provides users with many connection options for isolation manifolds. Instrumxx offers Air Distribution Headers, which can be used with various outlet-take-off valves. This Air Distribution Header is a very efficient machine to replace many unit valve assemblies, operating from one source. Instrumxx Air Headers are available in a wide array of configurations based on end users requirements such as NPT, BSP, Butt Weld, Flanged, Socket Weld or Compression outlets. In the simplest terms, an air manifold allows you to connect multiple hoses to a central point on your worksite. It creates a junction box for using multiple tools on the same compressor without needing to run a separate line for each tool. There are various size manifolds equipped with multiple ports to run multiple tools.

It is a unit mainly used to distribute & control compressed Air from one Inlet to Multiple Outlets for use in plants or facilities. It is most commonly used for distribution of Instrument compressed Air within the plant for various utilities.

• Material of Construction (MOC): Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel, Hot Dip Galvanize Carbon Steel.

• Header Pipe: Air Header Pipe constructed from Seamless Pipe, size 1-1/2" & 2" NB schedule 40 and 80. Caps or Reducers welded to the pipe is manufactured from forge material.
• Inlet Connection: Flange or three piece union type connection.
• Outlet Connection: 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 16, 18 or as per customer requirement. This outlet Connection are provided with IXX make Ball or Needle Valve of 1/4", 3/8", 1/2" sizes. Nipple used for all the above connections are manufactured from seamless pipe.
• Drain Connection: 1/2" or 1" Ball Valve ,Needle Valve, Gate Valve, Globe Valve as per customer requirement.
• Mounting: Bracket can be provide as option.
• Testing: Air Headers are tested at 150 PSI Pneumatically and 1000 PSI Hydraulically.
