Instrumxx manufactures a range of 2, 3 & 5 Valves Instrument Manifolds, which are designed for safety, reliability and positive leak tight sealing of process fluid. They are used for Static Pressure Transmitters and Differential Pressure Transmitters application in a wide range of Instrumentation. These Manifolds give the user greater Flexibility, because they offer a variety of simple configurations of easy block, bleed and calibration of Static Pressure Transmitter, Differential Pressure Transmitter, Pressure Transmitter, Pressure Switch and Gauges. The flow is controlled by a Needle Valve. Each valve has a specific function to ISOLATE The pressure , to BLEED off pressure or to EQUALIZE the pressure, depending on its location on the manifold.

2 Way Manifolds: are instruments that come with one or more valves, which can be connected to a transmitter. There are some specially designed manifolds to be mounted to a pressure transmitter. They are mostly made of stainless steel, carbon steel, or alloys. Manifolds can be a perfect alternative to multi valve systems.

3 way Manifold: The 3-valve hard seat manifold designed for instrument calibration incorporates two shut-off valves and an equalizing valve in a single body. The manifold features a valve body manufactured from extruded solid bar, robust stems and bonnets pinned for safety.

5 way Manifold: Like 3-way valve manifolds, 5-way valve manifolds are also used for differential pressure transmitters. The typical 5-way valve manifold consists of 2 block valves, 1 equalizer valve, and 2 vent or test valves. If we want to check the zero of the transmitter, we just need to close the block valve and open the equalizing valve.

BLUE = ISOLATE / BLOCK
RED = DRAIN / VENT
GREEN = EQUALISE
